Pre Assessment
On arrival we visually inspect your carpet for obvious areas of concern such as traffic areas, spots and stains that might need extra attention.
Preparation Of Cleaning Area
If at the time of booking you chose to have your furniture moved, we’ll happily move it for you however we do ask that you remove fragile or delicate items off the furniture. Due to OH&S weight restrictions, we will NOT move heavy items such as bookcases, fish tanks, display cabinets, entertainment units or other large bulky items.
Pre Vacuum
This is the most important step as we know getting quality results that stay clean longer starts with a thorough vacuum to remove all dry soil before any pre-spraying of detergents occurs. We use a commercial strength upright vacuum cleaner with a hospital grade HEPA filtration system that removes much more soil and allergens than a standard household vacuum cleaners.
Solution Selection and pre-spray
Our professional technician will determine which solution best suit your carpet cleaning requirements. We only use cutting edge products that are non-toxic and are child, pet and environmentally friendly and include odour eliminators and fresh smelling deodorisers.
We apply just the right amount of cleaning solution and give it the appropriate amount of dwell time to ensure the best possible cleaning results. Also if necessary we agitate area to loosen soil.
Our products are safe to use on all fibre types, including wool.
Extraction And Rinse
A hot water extraction machine along with a proper PH neutralising rinse is used to thoroughly rinse out the preconditioning agent, along with the dirt and grime. This step is extremely important and often overlooked when it comes to carpet cleaning. This will leave your carpets softer, fresher and cleaner for longer.
Final Post spot and Stain Inspection
We will inspect and re-treat any remaining spots or stains that require further attention. We DO NOT guarantee 100% removal of all spots and stains as the cause of a spot or stain, how long it has been there and the type of fibre/material you have all determine whether the spot or stain is removable.
